Professional Support & Practice Development Lawyer - Top UK Law Firm - (Prague)
We require a Czech qualified lawyer with experience in assisting with the professional development of their junior colleagues at an international law firm for our client, a top UK law firm in Prague. You will be responsible for the development of the firm's IT based knowledge systems and legal draft precedents, support and development of the professional skills and practice of the firm's lawyers at the Prague office as well as, to a lesser extent, lawyers working at the firm's other Central & Easter Europe offices. You must be Czech qualified, have an affinity for teaching and leadership skills. Reporting directly to the Prague office managing partner you will be given key responsibility for updating and maintaining the knowledge systems by monitoring and reporting on all fresh legal developments and closely following all relevant source materials: case reports, press releases, draft legislation, etc. You must have perfect coneyancing and writing skills both in Czech as in English. This is an ideal position for a mid-level or senior lawyer who wishes to work on a more flexible basis that's more suitable for a person juggling a busy family life with his or her career development. Compensation includes a salary from CZK 90K to 200K gross per month, depending on experience.
Real Estate vacancy - Mid-level to Snr Lawyer - UK Law Firm - Prague Legal vacancy
A leading UK law firm which has a dominant presence throughout the CEE region wishes to appoint a commercial property lawyer with a minimum of three years solid experience in Real Estate to join their Construction & Property Department. A qualified Czech advokat is required who is either already an associate or a senior associate at any major Prague law firm. Alternatively, a particularly experienced in-house counsel at one of the major international commercial property development companies would be very welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be able to take charge of major Real Estate projects, working with existing international clients of the firm, and s/he shall also have strong new business development skills and related project finance experience.
