A First tier US law firm with one of the most developed networks of offices in the CEE region wishes to appoint to its Bratislava office a Slovak qualified attorney with between one to six years post Slovak Bar admission experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Banking & Finance and some Capital Markets or Real Estate project finance experience. Preferably, you will have gained at least some of your experience in an international law firm or in-house at an international bank. You will be placed in charge of dealing with international clients active in Slovakia, and you will be required to accasionally travel to the firm's Prague office. Good business development skills and fluent English are a must. Czech, UK or US Bar admission, while not essential, will be seen as an advantage. Your compensation will depend on your experience, set between US$5K to US$10K per month.

The Prague and Bratislava offices focus primarily on German and Austrian clients as well as on medum and large domestic corporate clients. The law firm wishes to appoint a senior lawyer, preferably with a dual Slovak and a foreign qualification (not essential) to take charge of the Bratislava practice. You must be fully fluent in German and have at least advanced English language skills.
